SUMMARY:  NPI engineer for Assembly and Automation will help improve TWS automation and

process competitiveness. Enhance the production error-proofing, NPI capability. Provide zero defect product to customers.

RESPONSIBILITES:

•    Review design from NPD include design drawing, special material, DFM and DFMEA.

参加研发设计评审包括图纸,  特殊材料使用,  DFM 和 DFMEA。

•    Review test equipment design, test plan and automatic design for NPI.

测试设备设计评审包括测试计划,  自动化测试设备等。

•    Review optical inspection plan and design.光学检测设备设计评审。

•    Review new process and procedure for NPI.新的 NPI 流程制定和评审。

•    Define standard of new test and automatic equipment. 定义标准的测试和自动化设备。

•    Coordinate with plant management to achieve new business objectives. 团队合作管理达成新的商

业目标。

•    Drive and support manufacturing and maintenance to resolve the quality issues with root cause analysis.推动和支持制造维护解决工厂内的质量问题找出根本原因。

•    Drive continuous improvement program with manufacturing and maintenance of efficiency

improvement, process optimization, cost reduction etc. 推动工厂制造和维护的持续改善提升效率

优化工艺降低成本。

•    Sustaining of production with regular production yield review, engineering change order

implementation management and manufacturing capacity review. 通过定期的生产良率审核、工程

变更订单执行管理和产能审核来维持生产

•    Managing all department level continuous improvement and quality improvement. 管理各部门的持

续改进和质量改进。

•    Build a positive work environment that support innovation, creativity and teamwork in the

department.营造一个积极正向的工作氛围,  推动团队合作, 激发部门内员工的创造性和变革能力。

•    Work with process engineer to develop new process capability to support new product requirement.与工艺工程师一起开发新的工艺能力以满足新产品的需求。
