Job Responsibilities
1. Take charge of the overall sales and promotion of the company's food enzyme products (focusing on the baking field) in the Russian market, and fulfill the annual sales targets.
2. Develop and manage brand customers and large-scale food manufacturers in the flour product sector such as bread, pastries and noodles, establishing long-term and stable strategic cooperation.
3. Go deep into customers' production lines to provide professional technical support and application guidance, helping customers improve product quality (e.g., softness, volume, anti-aging), optimize production processes, reduce costs and develop new products.
4. Provide customized enzyme application solutions based on the characteristics of mainstream Russian baking categories (such as rye bread, borodinsky bread, etc.).
5. Collect information on food industry regulations, market trends and customer needs to provide a basis for the company's product positioning and strategic decision-making.
Job Requirements
1. Master's degree or above in Food Science, Grain Engineering, Bioengineering, Fermentation Engineering or related majors.
2. More than 5 years of experience in sales or technical services of food additives and raw materials, or production technology experience in large-scale baking food enterprises. Familiarity with baking processes is preferred.
3. Possess excellent technical explanation and program presentation capabilities, able to convert complex technical concepts into customer value.
4. Have a rich network of customer resources and keen market insight, good at identifying and seizing business opportunities.
5. Proactive, with outstanding independent work ability and team spirit.
6. Language Requirements: Fluent in Russian (native level), and English as a working language.
