Mexico market target companies considering brands:

1. Delta

2. Fuji

3. Yaskawa

or consider outstanding talents from the agents of these four companies.

Do not consider European and American brands such as ABB and Siemens.

• Position responsibility:

Coordinate resources to complete the company's sales goals;

Market research, output market development strategy and business plan;

Channel, industry, project customer development;

Old customer maintenance;

Marketing plan planning and execution;

Collect market information and output market reports.

• 任职要求

1. 拥有约 3 年自动化行业变频器（VFD）相关工作经验；


2. 目标人选需具备墨西哥市场内以下品牌从业背景：① 台达② 富士③ 安川亦可吸纳上述三家品牌代理商体系内的优秀人才；


3. 不考虑ABB、西门子等欧美品牌背景的人选。

• 岗位职责

1. 统筹协调内外部资源，达成公司既定销售目标；


2. 开展市场调研分析，输出市场拓展战略及商业规划方案；


3. 负责渠道客户、行业客户及项目型客户的开发与拓展工作；


4. 做好存量客户的维护与关系深耕，提升客户复购率与满意度；


5. 牵头策划市场营销方案，并推动方案落地执行；


6. 收集整理市场动态与竞品信息，形成并输出市场分析报告。
