Solution Engineer

What you have to do

·Engage with customers to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technical needs. Participate in discussions and meetings to gather detailed information and insights that will help in designing effective solutions

·Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and customize solutions according to customer expectations. Provide technical expertise and insights during the sales process to ensure alignment between customer requirements and solution design

·Conduct a comprehensive analysis of customer requirements by evaluating their existing systems, processes, and pain points. Identify areas where our products can provide value and address their challenges

·Create engaging presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and capabilities of our solutions. Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

What you need to have

·Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field

·2 years of experience in solution engineering, pre-sales engineering, or similar role

·Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

·Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

·Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is highly advantageous

·Good in spoken and written Japanese and Chinese

工作职责

通过评估客户现有系统、业务流程及痛点问题，开展全面的需求分析；精准定位公司产品可创造价值、解决客户痛点的切入点。

制作具有吸引力的演示文稿与产品演示内容，充分展示解决方案的价值与功能优势；能够向技术与非技术背景的受众，清晰阐释复杂的技术概念。

任职要求

工业工程、物流管理、供应链管理或相关专业本科及以上学历。

2 年及以上解决方案工程师、售前工程师或相关岗位工作经验。

具备出色的沟通与表达能力，能够向技术与非技术背景的受众，清晰阐述复杂的技术概念。

拥有优秀的问题解决与分析能力，可高效处理多优先级并行任务。

熟练掌握 AutoCAD 及微软 Office 办公软件者优先考虑。

具备流利的日语、中文口语与书面表达能力。
