岗位职责:
1. 深入了解业务状况和团队运作状况,理解发展战略并负责、协调及跟踪人力资源政策、项目在部门的执行及推广;
2. 负责相关责任部门的人力资源管理工作,深入了解业务部门的业务发展动态,洞察HR管理需求,并提供人力资源专业意见和建议;
3. 负责组织、人才、激励等HR项目的实施和落地,帮助业务部门完成团队搭建与整合、人才梯队建设、短期与长期激励,组织氛围与文化建设等包;
完成其他上级交办的事项。
任职要求:
1. 本科及以上学历,5年以上消费电子、家电、智能硬件行业的人力资源经理或BP经验,有产研BP对接背景或技术背景优先,英语口语流利;
2. 了解人力资源各模块基本工作,并具备招聘、人才发展、激励、文化等的实操经验,能独立开展模块动作;
3. 熟悉当地国家相关的人力资源政策、法律法规;
4. 自我驱动,思考力强,认真负责,思维敏捷,能承担较大的工作压力,能适应快速的工作节奏;
5. 对新鲜事物有好奇心,逻辑思维强;
6. 能接受常驻海外。
Job Responsibilities
1. Gain an in-depth understanding of business performance and team operations, comprehend the development strategy, and take charge of coordinating and tracking the implementation and promotion of human resources policies and projects within the department.
2. Be responsible for the human resources management of the relevant accountable departments, keep abreast of the business development dynamics of the business departments, identify HR management needs, and provide professional HR advice and recommendations.
3. Be in charge of the implementation and execution of HR projects such as organization development, talent management and incentive mechanism. Assist the business departments in completing team establishment and integration, talent echelon construction, short-term and long-term incentive design, as well as organizational climate and culture building.
Fulfill other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above; with 5+ years of experience as a Human Resources Manager or HRBP in the consumer electronics, home appliance or smart hardware industry. Candidates with experience in docking R&D teams as an HRBP or possessing a technical background are preferred; fluent in oral English.
2. Have a solid understanding of the fundamental work of all HR modules, and possess practical experience in recruitment, talent development, incentive design and corporate culture building, with the ability to independently carry out module-specific work.
3. Be familiar with the relevant local human resources policies, laws and regulations.
4. Be self-motivated, strong in analytical thinking, responsible, quick-witted, capable of working under high pressure and adapting to a fast-paced work environment.
5. Be curious about new things and have strong logical thinking skills.
6. Be willing to be stationed overseas on a long-term basis.
