岗位优势:

岗位职责



1. 前期核心工作:负责工厂人员(含中方派驻、本地招聘人员)签证办理、居留许可等相关流程对接与跟进,确保流程合规、高效推进;搭建突尼斯工厂人力资源基础流程,包括入职、离职、考勤、社保等核心人事流程,结合当地劳动法规及昆山沪光总部标准,制定适配本地的人事管理制度。



2. 后期工作转型:重点负责工厂招聘模块,早期以职能岗(行政、财务、采购、行政等)招聘为主,后续逐步拓展生产岗、技术岗招聘,搭建本地招聘渠道,完成招聘需求对接、简历筛选、面试组织、录用跟进等全流程工作。



3. 配合总部人力资源部,落实员工关系、薪酬福利、培训等传统HR模块相关工作,协调处理本地员工的咨询与诉求,维护良好的劳资关系。



4. 严格遵守突尼斯当地劳动法律法规,确保工厂人力资源管理工作合法合规,规避用工风险;同步对接总部HR体系,确保本地HR工作与总部标准保持一致。



5. 完成上级交办的其他人力资源相关工作。



 



任职要求



1. 突尼斯本地华人优先;若为突尼斯本地人,需具备流利的英语工作能力,能顺畅对接中方总部及工厂各部门。



2. 5年以下人力资源相关工作经验,有汽车行业HR工作背景者优先(线束行业最优),其他行业可放开考虑。



3. 具备扎实的人力资源基础理论知识,熟悉人事流程搭建、招聘全流程操作;具备较强的沟通协调能力、执行力和问题解决能力,能独立推进HR相关工作;了解突尼斯当地劳动法规、签证办理流程者优先。



4. 性别不限,年龄40周岁以下。



 



Key Responsibilities



1. Early-stage core workHandle visa applications, residence permits and related procedures for all factory personnel (including Chinese expats and locally hired staff), ensure full compliance and efficient processing.Establish basic HR processes for the Tunisia plant, including onboarding, offboarding, attendance, social security and other core procedures. Develop localized HR management policies in line with Tunisian labor laws and Kunshan Huguang headquarters standards.



2. Later-stage work focusTake charge of full-cycle recruitment for the plant. Initially focus on functional roles such as administration, finance, procurement, etc., then gradually expand to production and technical positions. Build local recruitment channels and complete the entire recruitment process: demand alignment, resume screening, interview organization, offer follow-up, etc.



3. General HR supportCooperate with the headquarters HR department to implement employee relations, compensation & benefits, training and other standard HR functions.Respond to local employees’ inquiries and requests, and maintain positive labor relations.



4. Compliance & alignmentStrictly abide by Tunisian labor laws and regulations to ensure legal and compliant HR operations and minimize employment risks.Align with the headquarters HR system to ensure consistency between local and group standards.



5. Complete other HR-related tasks assigned by supervisors.



 



Job Requirements



 



1. Local Chinese in Tunisia is preferred.For local Tunisian candidates, fluent English working proficiency is required to communicate smoothly with Chinese headquarters and plant departments.



2. Around 5 years of relevant HR working experience.Background in the automotive industry is preferred; experience in automotive factory HR management is a strong plus.



3. Solid foundational HR knowledge, familiar with HR process establishment and full-cycle recruitment.Strong communication, coordination, execution and problem-solving skills, able to independently carry out HR work.Familiarity with Tunisian labor laws and visa procedures is preferred.
