【工作内容】1. 负责公司饲料用酶制剂产品在南美市场的开发、销售与推广工作，完成既定的销售业绩目标。2. 深入挖掘区域市场潜力，建立并维护与大型饲料生产企业、养殖集团等客户的长期良好合作关系。3. 协助技术服务工程师为客户提供专业的技术支持，包括产品应用方案设计、试验数据解读、效果跟踪与问题解决，提升客户满意度和产品价值。4. 收集、分析市场信息与竞争对手动态，及时反馈客户需求，为公司的市场策略和产品开发提供决策支持。5. 定期出差拜访客户，组织并参与技术研讨会、产品推介会等市场活动。

【任职要求】1. 本科及以上学历，动物营养、饲料科学、生物技术、发酵工程等相关专业背景。2. 5年以上饲料添加剂、预混料或动物营养产品的销售服务经验，有酶制剂销售经验者优先。3. 熟悉南美地区饲料行业和市场，拥有一定的客户资源网络者优先。4. 具备出色的技术讲解能力和客户沟通技巧，能够将产品技术优势转化为客户价值。5. 结果导向，具有强烈的进取心和出色的独立工作能力。6. 能适应高频次的短期出差。7. 语言要求：精通西班牙语或葡萄牙语，具备良好的英语读写能力者更佳。

Job Description

1. Be responsible for the development, sales and promotion of the company’s feed enzyme products in the South American market, and achieve the set sales performance targets.


2. Fully explore regional market potential, establish and maintain long-term and sound cooperative relationships with large feed manufacturers, breeding groups and other clients.


3. Assist technical service engineers in providing professional technical support to customers, including designing product application solutions, interpreting test data, tracking effects and solving problems, so as to improve customer satisfaction and product value.


4. Collect and analyze market information and competitor dynamics, timely feedback customer needs, and provide decision-making support for the company’s marketing strategies and product development.


5. Travel regularly to visit customers, organize and participate in technical seminars, product promotion conferences and other marketing activities.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Animal Nutrition, Feed Science, Biotechnology, Fermentation Engineering or related fields.


2. More than 5 years of sales and service experience in feed additives, premixes or animal nutrition products; experience in enzyme sales is preferred.


3. Familiar with the feed industry and market in South America; candidates with existing customer network resources are preferred.


4. Excellent technical presentation skills and client communication skills, able to translate technical advantages into customer value.


5. Result-oriented, with strong initiative and excellent independent working ability.


6. Able to adapt to frequent short-term business trips.


7. Language skills: Proficient in Spanish or Portuguese; good English reading and writing skills are a plus.
