Take full responsibility for market penetration in the Russian-speaking region (Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, and other CIS countries)
Develop and execute regional market entry strategies and sales plans
Build local sales channels from scratch and achieve rapid sales growth
Team & Platform Establishment
Recruit, build, and manage local sales and technical support teams
Establish regional office and set up complete business operation platform
Develop localized business processes and operational procedures
Customer Relationship & Channel Management
Develop and maintain key relationships with end-users (oil & gas, chemical, power plants, etc.), EPC contractors, and distributors
Establish multi-tier channel partnership network
Lead negotiations and contract closure for major projects
Market Strategy & Competitive Analysis
Conduct in-depth analysis of regional market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
Develop differentiated product positioning and marketing strategies
Represent company at industry exhibitions and technical conferences
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with HQ product, technical, and supply chain teams to ensure effective response to customer requirements
Regularly report market progress, business forecasts, and strategic recommendations to management
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, engineering or business-related major preferred
8+ years sales experience in industrial products (instrumentation, process automation, industrial equipment, etc.)
5+ years management experience in Russian-speaking markets with proven track record of building business from 0 to 1
Native proficiency in Russian, working proficiency in English (for HQ communication)
Extensive industry connections and customer network
Excellent leadership, negotiation skills, and business development capabilities
Willingness to travel frequently across key markets in the region
Preferred Qualifications:
Regional leadership experience in multinational corporations
Familiarity with 3D radar, level measurement instruments, or similar products
Extensive experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or related industries
