制定及 / 或执行全公司或指定业务单元的研发战略。
根据业务单元既定经营战略,规划并分配研发预算与资源。
与业务高层管理协作,确定产品与服务组合的长期目标。
设立相应研发项目与计划,监控里程碑及目标达成情况,共同决策项目是否继续推进。
对研发团队进行直线管理。
发起、沟通、洽谈并落地各类技术创新与项目,对内对接公司管理层,对外对接客户、供应商、合资企业、行业协会、高校及专利机构等。
确保所有工作符合相关标准与规范要求。
以身作则践行公司行为准则与价值观,发挥全球标杆作用。
与其他部门紧密协作,发起、设计并支持变革流程落地。
组建、协调及管理所辖部门 / 分支机构。
作为所辖部门 / 分支机构的紧急事务与升级事项关键对接人。
推进人才发展,开展关键岗位继任规划。
制定全球研发战略,支撑全公司整体目标实现。
管理全球研发组织,通过关键绩效指标(有效性与效率)保障高质量研发流程。
结合公司目标及 IATF 16949、ISO 14001、ISO 45001 标准要求,建立、维护并战略性完善高效的质量、环境及职业健康安全管理体系。
在职责范围内,审定集团层面客户需求及客户特定要求的有效性。
落地并有效执行已达成一致的各项要求。
建立、维护并战略性完善高效的产品完整性体系。
战略制定:设计并执行与公司目标一致的全球研发战略。
创新推动:确保公司在全球新技术与研发实践领域保持领先地位。
相关方管理:与其他部门负责人及外部合作伙伴定期协同,支撑并拓展研发目标。
预算管理:负责研发部门预算编制与财务规划。
风险管理:识别、评估并缓释产品研发过程中的各类风险。
业务流程:制定并推行研发体系内的全球业务流程,提升运营效率。
任职资格与工作经验
硕士及以上学历(含 MBA)或同等资历
10 年以上相关领域工作经验

Defines and/or implements the RandD strategy, corporate-wide or for assigned organizational unit(s). - Plans and allocates RandD budgets and resources, in line with the given business strategy of the unit. Cooperates with business senior management in determining long term targets for the product and service portfolio. Sets up respective RandD programs and projects and monitors achievements of milestones and targets. Codecides on the continuation of projects. Leads dedicated RandD staff disciplinarily.
Initiates, communicates, negotiates, and realizes technological innovations and projects internally and externally (e.g. customers, suppliers, joint ventures, industry associations, universities, patent authorities, company management). Ensures compliance with all relevant standards and guidelines.

-Initiating, designing and supporting change processes in close cooperation with other departments
-Setting up, coordinating and supervising the respective departments/location.
-Being the key contact in case of emergency/escalation point in the respective department/location.

-Managing the global R&D organization ensuring high-quality and R&D processes trough KPIs (effectiveness and efficiency)
-Implementing, maintening and strategically developing an efficient and effective quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management system with regard to the
company's goals and in consideration of the requirements of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
-Determining the validity of customer requirements and customer-specific requirements for the MD Group in the defined area of responsibility
-Implementation and effective realisation of the agreed requirements
-Implementation, maintenance and strategically developing an efficient and effective product integrity System
-Strategy development: Design and implmentation of global development strategies that are aligned with the company`s objectives.
-Promotion Innovation: Ensuring that the company is at the forefornt of new technologies and development practices globally
-Stakeholder management: Regular coordination with other department heads and external partners to support and expand the development goals.
-Budget management: Responsibility for budgeting and financial planning for the development department.
-Risk management: Identification, assessment and mitigation of risks in product development.
-Business processes: Defines and implents global business processes within the R&D organization for increasing efficiency
Master's degree (including MBA) or equivalent
10 years of work experience in relevant area
