Marketing:
Defines and/or implements the marketing strategy, for corporate or assigned organizational unit(s).
Plans the marketing budget , aligned with it´s respective sales and marketing plans.
Decides and allocates marketing resources.
Plans and leads marketing research programs and activities.
Leads development and implementation of marketing programs, channel and pricingstrategies to ensure business and profi t growth.
Leads project defi nitions, selects sources, cooperates with service providers and monitoring results.
Designs and develops ideas andsuggestions for new products and enhancements to existing products.
Cooperates with unit management and accountable management teams.
Co-ordinates sales and marketing activitieswithin sector across different stakeholders.
Communication:
Designs, propose and/or implements communications strategies and programs, corporate-wide or for assigned organizational unit(s), projects, or programs.
Defines guidelines governing thedissemination of public and employee information.
Decides and allocates resources.
Advisor to the business accountable management (i.e. Executive and Supervisory board, and SeniorManagement) in all communications issues.
Designs, and ensures implementation of communication programs.
Sets up and decide on communication projects.
Monitors milestones incooperation with project leader.
Coordinates co-operation with other Communication departments, with Sales, Marketing and Investor Relations.
Job Responsibility:
Global role model function in line with the Code of Conduct Initiating, designing and supporting change processes in close cooperation with other departments
Setting up, coordinating and supervising the respective departments/location
Being the key contact in case of emergency/escalation point in the respective department/location
Ensuring people development and succession planning on key positions
Development of a global Marketing strategy to achieve the company\'s goals, corporate-wide
Managing the global Marketing organization ensuring high quality and Marketing processes trough KPIs (effectiveness and efficiency)
Implementing, maintening and strategically developing an efficient and effective quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management system with regard to thecompany's goals and in consideration of the requirements of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
Determining the validity of customer requirements and customer-specifi c requirements for the Group in the defined area of responsibilityImplementation and eff ective realisation of the agreed requirementsImplementation, maintenance and strategically developing an efficient and eff ective product integrity System
Qualification & Work Experience:
Master's degree (including MBA) or equivalent> 10 years of work experience in relevant area

依据相应销售与营销计划规划营销预算,决策并分配营销资源。
策划并主导市场调研项目及相关活动。
主导营销方案、渠道及定价策略的制定与落地,确保业务增长与盈利提升。
主导项目定义、资源筛选,与服务商协作并监控项目成果。
为新产品研发及现有产品优化设计思路、提出方案。
与部门管理层及责任管理团队协同工作。
协调跨相关方的部门内销售与营销活动。

为全公司、指定业务单元、项目或方案设计、提议及 / 或执行沟通策略与计划。
制定面向公众及内部员工的信息发布管理准则,决策并分配相关资源。
为业务责任管理层(如执行与监事会、高级管理层)提供各类沟通事务专业建议。
设计并推动沟通方案落地执行,立项并决策沟通项目。
与项目负责人协作监控关键节点进度。
协调与其他沟通部门、销售部、市场部及投资者关系部的合作。

在职责范围内,核定集团层面客户需求及客户特定要求的有效性。

资质与工作经验
