● Worked with the hiring managers regarding recruitment matters within
the company. Some roles I have done are Accounts Executive and
Business Support Executive.
● Ensuring that the leaves taken by the employees are accurate and
updated to current.
● Summarizing and tabulating reimbursement claims on a monthly basis
● Drafting of monthly CPF for 2 entities.
● Assisting with monthly payroll by ensuring that unpaid leaves are all
accounted for.
● Conducted one to one onboarding for new hires, and ensuring that
their work station and laptop is ready on the new hire’s first day of work
by liaising with the IT department.
● Learning & Development -- apply for courses or workshops for
employees, and keep track of the application window period.
● Employee Engagement -- successfully planned an in-house D&D event
in a short timeline of 1 month with the assistance of committee
members.
● Drafting up of Certificate of Employment or any HR letters for the
employees.
● Assisted with the year end performance review by coming up with the
schedule and timeline for individual employees, as well as sending out
meeting invites for attendees.
● Making sure that all P-files are updated to as of current, and
maintaining confidentiality for each staff.
ADMIN
● Booking of flight tickets and accommodation for Managing Directors
and overseas colleagues.
● Greeting and welcoming clients/guests in a warm and friendly manner,
escorting them to the meeting room and serving drinks to them.
● Managing company calendar.
● Monthly stationery and pantry replenishment.
● Coming up and creating the monthly newsletter for internal use.
● Coordinating with property personnel regarding building matters.
● Reason for leaving: language barrier.
