Insee is a Thai based brand who acquired Holcim before, focus on cement and related products, main market is south of Vietnam
- Set up everything for launching Insee new business (cement based) dry mix (dry mortar) in term of technical spec, packaging, marketing activities (ATL and BTL), logistic activities (from factory to end user), etc.
- Market development: travel around to set up distributor in every small region, go sales visits together with distributor salesman to increase retailers in the region
Achievements
- Launching the 1st product in Mar 2019, up till now, Insee dry mix products has 15 distributors cover 15/19 provinces (followed the current Insee market) with 3 products, and 1,000+ retailers joined the distribution network
- Running marketing campaigns in provinces to build awareness about Insee new products
- Compared to the top 1 market, Insee reach 10% of their sales revenue after 1 year launching
- Achieved all sales and P&L targets
