► Lead business development and execution of strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve growth objectives
► Manage a budget of 120 Million Euro in the region
► Develop a multi-year growth plan that ensures sustainable profitability in a diversity of end-markets.
► Control actively aftersales operations
► Lead on the business plan - ownership of the monthly P&L with particular emphasis on cash-flow and the balance sheet;
► Manage the prospecting and development of new product lines, pricing and extensions of existing product offerings.
► Manage projects to help identify new growth platforms / opportunities in attractive market spaces and propose an actionable share
gain strategy;
► Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations,
examining risks and potentials, estimating partner’s needs and goals.
► Execute operating plans that lead to the achievement of the site and product goals

Directly report to the General Manager Assistant and Director of Turkey and International Markets l Lead 6 Associates.
Manage a budget of 150 Million Euro in the region
► Lead the Business Development activities in EMEA, RUSSIA, CIS, drive increased revenue while meeting company objectives.
► Manage distributor search and assignment process in Turkey & EMEA Region.
► Oversee all sales, after-sales , used vehicle and marketing activities of the distributors with my team in Istanbul.
► Develop and initiate sales plan for tooling sales to meet company objectives, including revenue and profitability requirements.
► Perform contract review prior to accepting new work orders.
► Pioneer sales process by building relationships, qualifying potential customers and working potential sales.
► Implement an action-focused Sales Operating Plan to meet defined goals, while grooming existing sales capability

✓ Assigned 26 new dealers all around Turkey and constructed new 4S points with new corporate identity.
✓ Boosted 8 points market share increase from 20% in 2011 to 28% in 2017 in Turkey.
✓ Executed Fleet Management System with project suppliers Mobiliz and Vodafone named as a brand “Filobil” as M2M project in
HCV sector. Filobil won Global Telecom Innovation Award in UK in 2014. This system provides logistics companies to manage and
control their fleets efficiently.
✓ Composition of value added services like service packages, extended warranty, insurance, road side assistance, on-site
maintenance and mobile service in Turkey and in various countries.
✓ Created, designed and managed Buyback, Rental , Leasing, Insurance and Used Vehicle activities in Turkey, in Africa and in other
different countries from scratch with my team.
