• Provide Track & Trace applications and systems support to Strategic Industry teams, distributors, integrators, and customers, including RFID Systems, Volume Measurement Systems, Dimensioning and Weighing Systems and Vision Inspection Systems.

• Diagnose and resolve issues or technical problems that can include electrical, mechanical, and software (Linux operating system) related service issues.
• Seek to understand customer questions or concerns and make appropriate recommendations.
• Support product demonstrations, deployments, and customer training across Australia and New Zealand.
• Support robot operations remotely in web-based monitoring software.
• Present training materials to customers and teach them to use all aspects of the robot.
• Document customer feedback, findings in the field, and work order details.
