Key responsibilities:
• Provide Track & Trace applications and systems support to Strategic Industry teams, distributors, integrators, and customers, including RFID Systems, Volume Measurement Systems, Dimensioning and Weighing Systems and Vision Inspection Systems.
• Plan, design and execute logistics and factory automation systems using SICK industry sensors and controllers.
• On-site Technical Service: installation, routine maintenance, commissioning, technical support, and breakdown call outs/faultfinding for SICK instrumentation.
• Telephone phone support for all Australia and New Zealand SICK Instrumentation.
• Test customer applications to validate system functionality and performance.
• On site customer training for SICK Process Instrumentation product range providing technical training and general maintenance training.
