Position summary
Develop strategies to reduce absenteeism and attrition , as well as application of Internal Regulation and LFT, also payroll experience during 2 years with activities like cash payment to new employees, time and attendace admistration, capture and creation of requisitions from purchase orders to suppliers, billing medical department of the company (outsourcing), as well as logistics of staff transportation routes and billing, control of checks and payrolls payment of settlements, administration of savings fund, audits conciliation worked hours vs. payroll, consultancy in procedures of Infonavit and Fonacot to staff. As well as incidences and payroll doubts, management of medical expenses insurance (Refunds and doubts). and i have been in charge of recruitment for technical and operative staff and selection to the project of interns practice for development of talent also taking care of partnership enviroment and activities for employees.
