(approx.5M€ responsibility). Key Account Manager of big customer in Appliances market.

Textile, Marine, Automotive OEM & OES, BTR (Bus, Truck & Rail), White Goods (washing machine etc.), General Industry.
Technical competence: SMP/PU/SPUR Polymers, Water base, PSA wb, Contact adhesives or dispersions (acrylic and PU); Solvent base, Instant adhesives (ECA-MECA); HM PSA, EVA, APAO, PA and reactive HM.
Successful management of sales/marketing activities focusing on the Italian & Balkan markets; 1 associate and other 2 person sales organization (2 sales agents) that is structured in different subsegments generating € approx.5 million. Areas of accountability include P&L targets, commercial policy, sales strategy, competitive analysis, international sales meetings, presentations to international audiences, sales team training/motivation, sales budget development/monitoring, and working with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, customer service, and logistics) to achieve synergies and strategic targets. Report directly to the South Europe Sales Director of Corporate.
During approx. two years I have developed from scratch new market of Textile Abrasive and
waterproofing membranes (Hot Melts PU Reactive, PSA, APAO) and Marine where the company was not present before, by introducing new adhesive technologies (MSP and 2K PU). This business generates interesting results and a turnover of today approx. € 350.000/y. The target had been achieved thanks to intensive marketing activity, including market research and communication (advertising on specialized magazine, international/national exhibitions).
