Work Descriptions:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including payroll processing,
training & development, recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits,
employee relations & welfare and general administrative functions
- Administer the attendance& overtime hours for all employees in daily basis
- Processing salary for all level twice in a month
- Preparing statutory contributions on time
- Preparing training schedule& coordinating training programme for all employees
- Prepare reports of headcount, labor cost report, turn over report, absenteeism
report, report on OT by department, medical claim report etc
- Liaise with government authorities on application& renewal of work permits for
foreign workers
- Maintaining employees’ confirmations, promotion, resignation& entitlement up to
date

- Handling interview arrangement & new staff orientation
- Handling of staff grievances and discipline related matters
- Support in day-to-day HR operations issues
