- Sourcing Plan: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and
implement sourcing plan that align with company's objectives.
- Factory Identification: Identify potential factories and evaluate in consideration
of multi factors such as cost, quality, reliability, and production capabilities.
- Factory Audit and Qualification: Arrange factory visits to conduct assessments
as pre-auditing. Set up audit plan for potential factories, check the audit report to
have in-depth and comprehensive assessment.
- Cost Analysis: Analyze factory’s proposals, pricing structures to make informed
sourcing decisions that optimize cost efficiency.
- Sourcing proposal: base on the result of sourcing process, submit a proposal for
approval.
- Negotiation: negotiate with factories to secure favorable terms, pricing, and
contracts while ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Contract Management: Review, negotiate, and manage contracts, ensuring
compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks in the supply chain (within sourcing scope) and propose risk mitigation plans to ensure continuity of supply.
- Cost Reduction: Continuously seek opportunities to reduce costs through
negotiation, process improvement, and supply diversification.
- Factory Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key
factories, monitor their performance, and implement plans to address issues or
improvements.
