BigBand Network (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. is the sole core R&D center of BigBand Networks Inc. in the Asia-Pacific region and one of its most critical global R&D bases. Established in 2006, the company focuses on providing innovative network solutions for broadband service providers, simplifying video delivery, management, and monetization. BigBand serves over 100 cable operators and telecom companies across North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia.
• Regional HR Service Delivery: Led the HR team in Shenzhen, overseeing HR functions for branches in China (Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen), Hong Kong, and Korea.
• Recruitment and Exit Process Management: Managed and optimized recruitment and exit processes to ensure efficient employee turnover.
• Performance Management and Employee Development: Organized performance assessments and development projects for regional branches, designed assessment forms, set key timelines, and provided training for managers and employees.
• Compensation and Benefits Management: Collaborated with the headquarters' compensation team to establish APAC salary structures and benefits, participated in external salary surveys, and ensured competitiveness and internal equity.
• Training and Development: Built a training resource library, evaluated providers, designed courses, managed budgets, and conducted training with post-training analysis.
• Employee Relations: Handled employee relations matters, including disciplinary investigations, performance improvement plans, layoffs, and terminations.
