运维工程师

1. 监测并分析太阳能发电场的日常发电性能。

2. 对跟踪器、逆变器、变压器、静止无功发生器（SVG）、数据采集与监视控制系统（SCADA）、低压开关柜（LVSB）和高压开关柜（HVSB）进行故障诊断和排除，以尽量减少停机时间。

3. 制定并执行预防性维护计划，并生成月度和年度运维报告。

4. 与承包商协调维护任务，并监督他们的工作，包括设备维修、更换和升级，以及植被管理，以确保符合质量标准。

5. 编制安全工作方法说明书（SWMS），并确保工人遵守相关规定。

任职资格：

1. 拥有电气、电子、机械或新能源工程专业的学士学位。

2. 至少一年在电气基础设施与服务、嵌入式设备、逆变器和太阳能组件方面的工作经验。

3. 熟练使用计算机，熟悉可编程逻辑控制器（PLC）和数据采集与监视控制系统（SCADA）等通信系统者优先。

4. 具备主动的安全意识、良好的沟通能力和注重细节的专业工作标准。

5. 具备团队合作能力，也能独立工作。

6. 拥有较强的问题解决能力、多任务处理能力和批判性思维能力。

7. 愿意在偏远地区工作。

8. 持有正式驾驶执照。

9. 持有白卡（建筑工地安全证书）和高压操作票。

10. 能够用中英文进行交流。

Operation and Maintenance Engineer

Tasks and Responsibilities

1.Monitor and analyse the daily power station generation performance of solar farms.

2.Conduct fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of trackers, inverters, transformers, SVG, SCADA, LVSB, and HVSB to minimise downtime.

3.Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and generate monthly and annual Operation and Maintenance reports.

4.Coordinate maintenance tasks with contractors and oversee their activities, including equipment repairs, replacements and upgrades, and vegetation management, to ensure compliance with quality standards.

5.Prepare Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and ensure worker compliance with them.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, electronics, mechanical, and new energy engineering

At least one year of work experience in electrical infrastructure and services, embedded equipment, inverters, and solar modules;

3. Proficient in computer use, familiarity with communication systems such as PLC and SCADA is preferred;

4. Proactive safety awareness, good communication skills, and professional work standards with a high attention to detail;

5. Ability to work both in a team and independently;

6. Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and critical thinking skills;

7. Willingness to work in remote areas;

8. Possession of a Full Driver's Licence;

9. Possession of a White Card (construction site safety certificate) and HV Switching Ticket;

10.Able to communicate in English and Chinese .
