  1. HR Administrative Support:

  2. Onboarding and Offboarding:

    1. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth transition.

    2. Assist in issuing and retrieving computer equipment and other resources for new hires and departing employees.

  3. Employee Relations:

    1. Act as a point of contact to understand and address employee concerns.

    2. Identify and support employee needs in alignment with business growth and operational goals.

  4. Policy and Compliance:

    1. Support managers and employees in understanding and applying HR tools, policies, and procedures.

    2. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.

    3. Monitor and gather market trends to optimize HR policies and procedures.

  5. Talent Engagement and Retention:

    1. Drive employee engagement and improve retention strategies.

    2. Develop and implement initiatives that enhance team productivity and workplace satisfaction.

  6. Compensation and Benefits:

    1. Administer employee benefits programs effectively.

    2. Conduct market research to analyze and optimize compensation and benefits practices.
