岗位名称:巴西工厂总经理

【岗位定位】作为巴西本地工厂从建厂初期到后续正常量产运营过程的总体协调和管理的总负责人,负责内外部沟通和推动,确保巴西本地工厂选址、装修、政府审批、设备架设和调试、人力招聘、物料物资采购、产品试产和量产、体系和客户审核、长期日常运营、交付目标的达成等工作顺利、高效的完成;

 

【岗位职责】

1) 初期建厂协调和跟进:负责作为巴西本地的总体负责人,全程参与和跟进巴西本地工厂厂房的选址,政府审批跟进,装修进度把控,线体架设调试,内外部资源沟通协调,人力招聘,物料物资采购、产品试产和量产,体系/客户认证等工作;

2) 工厂战略和运营管理:负责协助总经理制定巴西工厂的战略,并实施;负责制定工厂年度经营计划;负责工厂日常运营的监督和管理,确保目标的达成;

3) 建立和维护工厂外部相关方关系:建立工厂与外部相关干系人的长期稳定合作关系,包含但不限制于客户,供应商,政府机构,合作方等;

4) 内部沟通管理:负责与成都公司相关部门人员的高效沟通,确保各项工作顺利进行;负责建立工厂内部的沟通管理机制,确保各部门能高效的完成工作;

5) 成本管理:负责本地工厂的运营和制造成本管理;

6) 人力资源管理:制定和完成符合工厂当地政策的人力资源的相关政策,确保日常的招募,培训,考核等活动顺利进行;

7) 物业及行政事务管理:负责监督和协调本地工厂物业及行政相关的事务,确保日常工作的顺利展开;

8) 流程制定及实施:负责建立本地工厂管理相关的各项流程,并监督流程的执行;

9) 采购管理:负责当地工厂采购物资、物料等过程的整体管理和监督;

10) 制造管理:根据订单情况,整体安排生产工作,含计划管理、交付目标达成、效率提升、成本降低、工人管理、设备/工装管理等;

11) 品质管理:负责整体监督和协调本地工厂品质相关事宜,含来料品质检验、生产过程品质监控、客诉问题调查和优化、客户审核安排、体系建立和审核安排等;

12) 仓储和物流:负责整体监督和协调本地工厂的物料仓储及物流相关工作,含物料储存、成品储存,成品出货等;

 

【任职资格】

1) 大学本科或以上学历

2) 行业经验:熟悉巴西本地的电子产品行业,具备丰富的行业经验

3) 管理经验:具有10年以上巴西本地电子产品工厂管理和团队管理经验,玛瑙斯地区的工厂管理经验优先;

4) 语言能力:葡萄牙语为熟练;英语或中文熟练,两种语言都会的优先;

5) 专业技能:熟悉电子产品的生产工艺、生产测试、设备管理、生产管理,品质管理等过程,并能监督和指导相关部门的工作;

6) 战略规划和执行:具备较高的格局,具备制定和执行企业战略的能力,并能强势的推动各项战略目标的达成;

7) 财务知识:了解工厂运营的相关的财务管理知识,能够进行成本控制、预算管理、财务分析等;

8) 沟通协调:具有较强的沟通协调能力,能高效完成工厂内部各个岗位的沟通,同时能建立和维护长期的外部关系;

9) 法律法规遵守:了解工厂所在地的法律法规,政策要求,确保工厂的运行符合当地法律的要求;

10) 持续改进:有能力推动工厂持续改进,提升生产效率和质量,降低成本;

11) 抗压能力:具有较强的抗压能力,能在高压的情况下保持冷静和清晰的逻辑,确保工作的顺利展开;

Job title: General Manager of Brazil Factory

【Position】As the overall coordination and management person, responsible for the job from the early establishment of the factory in Brazil to the mass production daily operation management. The main work includes internal and external communication and strongly follow up to ensure the smooth and efficient completion of local factory site selection, decoration, government approval, equipment set up and commissioning, human recruitment, procurement, product trial run production and mass production, quality system or customer on-site audit, long-term daily operation, and achievement of delivery objectives.

 

【Job Responsibilities】

1. Early factory establishment coordination and follow up: responsible for the overall management of brazil factory, full participation and follow up the location selection of the local plant, the government approval, decoration progress control, production line set up and debugging, internal and external resources communication and coordination, human recruitment, procurement, product trial run production and mass production, quality system or customer on-site audit, etc.

2. Factory strategy and operation management: Responsible for assisting the general manager to formulate and implementing the strategy of the Brazilian factory; responsible for making the annual operation plan of the factory; supervision and management of the daily operation to ensure the achievement of the objectives.

3. Establish and maintain the relationship between external stakeholders and the factory: establish a long-term and stable cooperative relationship between the factory and external stakeholders, including but not limited to customers, suppliers, government agencies, partners, etc.

4. Internal communication management: Responsible for efficient communication with relevant departments of Chengdu Company to ensure the smooth progress of all work; responsible for establishing internal communication management mechanism of the factory to ensure that all departments can complete the work efficiently.

5. Cost management: Responsible for the operation and manufacturing cost management of the local factory.

6. Human Resources Management: Develop and implement relevant policies for human resources that comply with local factory policies, ensuring smooth operations for recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.

7. Property and Administrative Affairs Management: Supervise and coordinate local factory property and administrative affairs to ensure smooth daily operations.

8. Process Development and Implementation: Establish various management processes for the local factory and oversee their execution.

9. Procurement Management: Manage and supervise the overall process of purchasing materials and supplies for the local factory.

10. Manufacturing Management: Coordinate production work based on order requirements, including planning management, achieving delivery targets, improving efficiency, reducing costs, managing workers, and equipment/tooling management.

11. Quality Management: Oversee and coordinate quality-related matters for the local factory, including incoming material inspections, production process quality control, investigation and optimization of customer complaints, arranging customer audits, and establishing and conducting system audits.

12. Warehousing and Logistics: Supervise and coordinate material warehousing and logistics activities for the local factory, including material storage, finished goods storage, and shipment of finished products.

 

【Qualifications】

1. Bachelor degree or above,

2. Industry experience: Familiar with the local electronics industry in Brazil, with extensive industry experience.

3. Management experience: Over 10 years of management experience in local electronic product factories in Brazil, preferably in the Manaus region.

4. Language proficiency: Proficient in Portuguese; proficient in English or Chinese, both languages are preferred.

5. Professional skills: Familiar with the production process, production testing, equipment management, production management, quality management, and able to supervise and guide relevant departments' work.

6. Strategic planning and execution: Possesses a high level perspective, the ability to formulate and execute corporate strategies, and can strongly drive the achievement of strategic objectives.

7. Financial knowledge: Understands financial management related to factory operations, able to control costs, manage budgets, and conduct financial analysis.

8. Communication and coordination: Strong communication and coordination skills, able to efficiently communicate with various positions within the factory, while establishing and maintaining long-term external relationships.

9. Compliance with laws and regulations: Familiar with local laws, regulations, and policy requirements of the factory's location, ensuring the factory operation compliance with local legal requirements.
