JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a key position covering Thailand and Vietnam Nylon 6, 66, PBT business. The person chosen for this position will:
• Pursue and deliver sustainable growth to achieve short-term and mid-term commercial objectives
• Maintain relationship with existing accounts and explore new opportunities in a given sales territory.
• Work with marketing and technical teams to set up and implement market strategies
REQUIREMENTS
Skills / Qualifications/ Experience:
Deep knowledge of engineering plastics, familiar with the business development cycle with different value chain partners
Basic knowledge of vehicle engineering, especially in powertrain and chassis. Understanding PBT, N6 and N66 Engineering plastics market
Develop and expand Nylons neat resin business in cable tie, compounder and fiber/monofilament market in Thailand and Vietnam
Excellent business development with strategic thinking capability, including ability to establish relationships with associated stakeholders
Strong communication capability with listening comprehensive comprehension, including spoken and written fluency in English and Thai or Vietnamese. Having the ability to communicate in Chinese is a plus.
Collaborative work effort; a strong team player with quick response, taking risks and driver driving to deliver significant result
Proactive, self-driven person with strong problem-solving skills
Able to and willingness to travel frequently
Over 3 years of sales or marketing experience in engineering plastics or related industries
Experience of working in/for car OEM or Tier 1 is a strong plus.
Bachelor’s degree or above
