Job Title: Facility Manager

【岗位职责】

1)全面负责厂务动力设施设备、EHS、后勤等管理工作；

2)负责厂房新建、改建规划、施工监督管理、工程标单制作、验收检查等相关工作；

3)建立、落实厂务设施维修及保养制度，带领团队高效完成各项维护保养及年度工作计划；

4)带领团队协调维修工作，定期检查电、水、空调、电梯、空压机、真空泵、消防安全设施、抽排风系统等使用情

况，确保安全正常使用；

5)负责建立及维护公司安全生产管理体系和应急预案，包含但不仅限于消防、EHS、设备、基础设施等安全，对接政

府安监、环评、卫生、电力等机构来访查，提交相关资料和/或处理相关备案事宜；

6)负责厂务管理体系文件编制与内外部审核、协助制造部门搭建数字、智能化管理平台；

7)贯彻相关能源方针政策，及时掌握政府对企业的各种优惠政策，分析和提高设备产能，参与节能管理和技术改造

工作，推进绿色工作建设，持续降本增效；

8)负责对部门新人培训与考核工作，提升团队成员整体技能。

【任职资格】

1)学历：大学本科或以上学历，机械、电气、土木、建筑、给排水、能源工程等相关专业；

2)行业经验：

⚫ 从事本行业或相关行业 8 年及以上；

⚫ 厂务团队管理 3 年以上经验;

⚫ 有丰富的动力设施、水、电、气、纯水、废水等专业操作及管理技能；具备高效解决问题能力及沟通协作能力；

3)专业技能：熟练使用各类办公软件及 CAD 等绘图软件等；

4)语言：英语、葡语熟练，（如懂中文可适当放宽）。

【Job Responsibilities】

- Oversee comprehensive management of utility systems, EHS, and administrative services.

- Lead factory construction/renovation planning, construction supervision, engineering bid documentation, and inspection

handovers.

- Establish/maintain facility maintenance systems, driving team efficiency in executing maintenance plans and annual work

schedules.

- Coordinate equipment maintenance, regularly inspecting operational safety of electrical/water systems, HVAC, elevators, air

compressors, vacuum pumps, fire safety facilities, and exhaust systems.

- Develop/maintain corporate safety management systems and emergency protocols (covering fire safety, EHS, equipment,

infrastructure). Liaise with government agencies (work safety, environmental, health, power supply) for audits and

compliance submissions.

- Manage facility management documentation and audits; support Manufacturing in implementing digital/intelligent

platforms.

- Implement energy policies, leverage government incentives, optimize equipment productivity, and lead energy-saving

initiatives for sustainable cost reduction.

- Conduct training/performance evaluations for new team members to enhance departmental capabilities.

【Qualifications】

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering, Architecture, Plumbing and Drainage,

Energy Engineering, or related fields.

- Experience:

8+ years in relevant industries; 3+ years managing facility teams，

Expertise in utility systems (power/water/gas/pure water/wastewater operations).

Proven problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Technical: Proficiency in MS Office and CAD software.

Language: Fluency in English and Portuguese (Chinese proficiency is a plus).
