岗位职责:
1、策划推进公司的业务运营战略、流程与计划,组织协调公司各部门执行、实现公司的运营目标;
2、执行公司战略规划及与日常营运作相关的制度体系、业务流程;
3、策划推进及组织协调公司重大运营计划、进行市场发展跟踪和策略调整;
4、建立规范、高效的运营管理体系并优化完善;
5、制定运营标准并监督实施;
6、制定运营指标、年度发展计划,推动并确保营业指标的顺利完成;
7、制定运营中心各部门的战略发展和业务计划,协调各部门的工作,建设和发展优秀的运营队伍;
8、妥善完成上级领导交办的其他工作,接受上级领导的监督与指导
任职要求:
1、10年以上知名连锁餐饮品牌营运管理实战经验,其中3年以上同岗位工作经验(特许知名餐饮连锁企业优先);
2、具备从0-1搭建分公司经验,具备餐饮茶饮、零售思维海外体系经验;
3、具备对分公司团队有统御、选拔、培养能力,对分公司各部门指标具备制定、宣导、监督、检查、追踪能力;
4、具备沟通、协调总部相关部门,具备资源整合能力,了解并掌握分公司各部门的业务流程与制度;
5、具备对外部合作商(加盟商等)有帮扶能力以及提升门店营业额能力;
6、爱岗敬业,数据分析能力极强,抗压能力极强,执行与落地能力极强,有经营思维
Job Responsibilities:
1. Plan and promote the company's business operation strategy, processes, and plans, organize and coordinate various departments to execute and achieve the company's operational goals.
2. Implement the company's strategic planning and daily operation-related systems and business processes.
3. Plan, promote, and organize the coordination of major company operation plans, conduct market development tracking, and adjust strategies accordingly.
4. Establish a standardized and efficient operation management system and continuously optimize and improve it.
5. Develop operational standards and oversee their implementation.
6. Set operational targets and annual development plans, drive and ensure the successful completion of business indicators.
7. Formulate strategic development and business plans for various departments within the operations center, coordinate departmental work, and build and develop an excellent operations team.
8. Properly complete other tasks assigned by superiors and accept their supervision and guidance.
Job Requirements:
1. Over 10 years of hands-on experience in operations management at well-known chain catering brands, including at least 3 years in the same role (experience in franchised renowned catering chain enterprises is preferred).
2. Experience in establishing a branch company from scratch, with expertise in catering, beverage, and retail operations, as well as overseas system experience.
3. Ability to lead, select, and develop branch company teams, and to set, communicate, supervise, inspect, and track performance indicators for various departments.
4. Strong communication and coordination skills with headquarters departments, resource integration capabilities, and a thorough understanding of branch company departmental processes and systems.
5. Ability to support external partners (e.g., franchisees) and enhance store revenue.
6. Dedicated, highly skilled in data analysis, extremely resilient under pressure, exceptional execution and implementation abilities, and strong business acumen.
