一、岗位职责
1、负责公司饲料产品在指定区域的销售推广,完成年度销售目标。
2、开发新客户(养殖场、经销商、合作社等),维护现有客户关系,定期拜访并解决客户需求。
3、收集市场动态、竞品信息及客户反馈,协助制定区域销售策略。
4、配合技术团队为客户提供养殖技术指导,提升产品附加价值。
5、跟进订单、物流及回款流程,确保销售闭环高效完成。
二、任职要求
1、基本条件:本科及以上学历,动物营养、动物科学等相关专业,研究生优先考虑。
2、经验要求:5年以上饲料行业销售经验,熟悉饲料添加剂市场及客户运作模式。
3、核心素质:目标导向,抗压能力强,具备独立开发市场的能力;
沟通表达出色,能快速建立客户信任关系;
熟悉养殖行业运作模式或拥有当地客户资源者优先。
I. Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the sales promotion of the company's feed products in the designated region and achieving the annual sales targets.
- Develop new customers (such as farms, distributors, cooperatives, etc.), maintain existing customer relationships, conduct regular visits, and address customer needs.
- Collect market dynamics, competitor information, and customer feedback to assist in formulating regional sales strategies.
- Cooperate with the technical team to provide breeding technical guidance to customers and enhance the added value of products.
- Follow up on the order, logistics, and payment collection processes to ensure the efficient completion of the sales closed-loop.
II. Job Requirements
- Basic qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above, major in Animal Nutrition, Animal Science or related fields; master's degree is preferred.
- Experience requirements: More than 8 years of sales experience in the feed industry, familiar with the feed additive market and customer operation models.
- Core competencies: Goal-oriented, strong pressure resistance, and ability to independently develop markets; excellent communication skills, able to quickly establish customer trust; those familiar with the operation mode of the breeding industry or with local customer resources are preferred.
