3.熟练运用各类市场分析工具，如 SPSS、Excel 高级数据分析功能等，具备出色的数据分析能力，能够从数据中挖掘有价值的信息，为市场决策提供有力支持。

4.形象气质符合高端商务活动的形象要求；具备熟练的驾驶技能，能够适应工作要求的商务出行；具备良好的商务接待能力，能熟练应对各类商务宴请场合。

5.拥有海外工作经验或留学经历者优先，熟悉国际市场规则与文化差异，有助于开拓海外业务。

Job Responsibilities:

Deeply Insight Market Dynamics: Conduct in-depth analysis of industrial coating market trends, formulate promotion strategies that precisely align with market demands, and efficiently organize the team to execute strategies, ensuring promotion effects meet expected goals.

Lead Brand Building: Take full charge of brand construction, from brand positioning and image shaping to brand communication, to create an industry-influential industrial coating brand. Meanwhile, meticulously plan various online and offline marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and product market share.

Market Analysis & Strategy Optimization: Apply professional market analysis methods, closely monitor market trends, collect and analyze industry data, regularly submit detailed market analysis reports to the company, and propose practical improvement suggestions based on analysis results to assist in optimizing company products and market strategies.

Sales Target Execution: Undertake the industrial coating sales targets assigned by the company, formulate reasonable sales plans, and ensure the successful completion of sales tasks through effective measures.

Market Expansion in Malaysia: Proactively develop the Malaysian industrial coating market, explore potential customer resources, establish and maintain good customer relationships, and continuously expand the company's product share in the target market.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above, with priority for majors in marketing, chemical engineering, etc., and solid professional knowledge.

Over 5 years of marketing team management experience in TOP 5 foreign industrial coating enterprises, familiar with the operation model of the industrial coating market.

Proficient in using various market analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, advanced data analysis functions in Excel), with excellent data analysis skills to extract valuable insights from data and provide strong support for market decisions.

Image and temperament meeting the requirements of high-end business activities; proficient driving skills and ability to adapt to business trips; good business reception capabilities to handle various business banquets proficiently.

Priority for candidates with overseas work experience or study abroad experience, familiar with international market rules and cultural differences to facilitate overseas business development.
