1、KA买手出身,5-8年的KA渠道经验,需要在Pet Smart, Petco, Pet supplies plus任意一家的任职经验;
2、销售总监3年以上经验,成功带领团队打过胜仗;
3、有解决问题的策略和能力,中文优先;
4、Petsmart、Petco、Target、Costco、Walmart、Best Buy这六家核心渠道(已按权重排序),有2-3家经验的优先;
Assisted the company in entering multiple offline supermarkets and hypermarkets in the United States (Petsmart, Petco, Target, Costco, Walmart, Best Buy);
Ensured the achievement of offline sales and profit targets;
Gradually built the US offline team according to different stages;
Maintained good relationships with major channels.
With a background as a KA buyer, having 5-8 years of experience in KA channels, and requiring work experience in any one of Pet Smart, Petco, or Pet supplies plus;
With more than 3 years of experience as a sales director, and having successfully led the team to achieve victories;
Possessing strategies and abilities to solve problems, with priority given to those who can speak Chinese;
Having experience in 2-3 of the six core channels (sorted by weight) including Petsmart, Petco, Target, Costco, Walmart, and Best Buy is preferred.
