We seek an experienced European Sales Representative with deep knowledge of wall panel products to develop our B2B sales channels across Europe. The ideal candidate will have:

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies for wall panels, flooring, and related products in European markets
Leverage existing industry network to establish relationships with wall panel brand manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, and design companies, construction companies
Manage and grow relationships with key accounts in the panel products sector
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
Provide market intelligence on European trends, competitors, and pricing
Collaborate with China HQ on product customization for European requirements
Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' sales experience in panels, flooring, or related building materials
Established network within European panel big companies, manufacturers, wholesalers, and construction companies
Proven track record of managing large B2B clients in construction or building materials
Strong understanding of European Wall panel market standards (CE, FSC, PEFC certifications)
Fluent English (additional European languages are a plus)
Ability to travel within Europe (30 expected)
Retired professionals with active industry connections are welcome to apply
