Job Title: Finance Manager/(Director)

【岗位定位】作为巴西子公司财务负责人，统筹本地财务全流程管控，确保合规运营；搭建总部与巴西团队的财务桥梁，通过预算管控与现金流优化驱动业绩增长；领导本土团队，在复杂税务环境中实现战略目标。

【Position Overview】 As the financial leader of the Brazil subsidiary, oversee end-to-end finance operations with strict local compliance, serve as the critical liaison between HQ and local teams to drive growth through budgeting and cash flow optimization, and lead the local finance team to execute strategic goals in a complex tax landscape.

【岗位职责】

【Job Responsibilities】

1.财务管控: 监管日常会计操作（应收/应付、薪酬、税务申报），确保符合巴西 GAAP 及国际会计准则 (IFRS)；主导月度结账、年度审计及法定申报（如 SPED ECF/ECD），对接外部审计与集团审计。

Financial Control: Oversee daily accounting operations, AP/AR, payroll, tax filings, and financial reporting in compliance with Brazilian GAAP and IFRS; Manage month-end closing, annual audits, and statutory filings (e.g., SPED ECF/ECD), coordination with External Audit and Group Audit.

2.预算与预测: 编制巴西子公司年度预算及季度预测，分析偏差并提出成本优化方案；

Budget & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for Brazil entity, analyzing variances and advising cost optimization;

3.现金流管理: 优化现金流，管理外汇风险，协同总部制定资金策略；

Cash Flow & Treasury: Optimize cash flow, manage FX exposure, and coordinate with HQ on funding strategies;

4.税务合规: 遵守巴西税法（如 ICMS、ISS、PIS/COFINS），确保享受玛瑙斯自贸区税收优惠，跟踪巴西税改最新政策，协同外部顾问规避税务风险；

Tax & Compliance: Adhere to Brazilian tax regulations (e.g., ICMS, ISS, PIS/COFINS), ensure access to the tax benefits of the MFTZ, track the latest policies on tax reform, coordinate with local tax advisors, and mitigate risks;

5.团队管理: 指导本地财务团队（会计/分析师），推动跨部门协作；

Team Leadership: Mentor local finance team (e.g., Accountants, Analysts) and foster cross-department collaboration;

6.跨部门协同: 作为总部与巴西管理层的财务枢纽，提供战略决策支持；

Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as primary finance liaison for HQ and local management, providing data-driven insights.

【任职资格】

【Qualifications】

1.学历：大学本科或以上学历 ，财务管理或会计等相关专业；

Education: Bachelor's degree or above in finance management, accounting, or related fields;

2.行业经验：具有 8 年及以上财务经验，至少 3 年巴西财务经理岗位经验；

Experience: 8+ years finance/accounting experience, min. 3 years as Finance Manager in Brazil.

3.语言能力：流利英文、葡语，中文偏好

Language proficiency: Fluent English, Native/Fluent Portuguese, Chinese preferred

4.专业技能：精通巴西税法、SPED 税务系统、SAP 及办公软件；

Professional Skills: Mastery in Brazilian local tax laws, SPED tax system, SAP and Office suite;

5.其他：熟悉 Manaus 地区针对企业的税收优惠政策

Others: Proficient in the tax incentives for industries established in the Manaus Free Trade Zone.
