Drive revenue growth and market share expansion in North America by developing strategic sales initiatives and leveraging marketing industry partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Market Strategy & Execution
Develop annual sales targets and phased execution plans based on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
Lead pricing strategy, channel management, and enterprise-level contract negotiations.
Conduct P&L analysis to optimize resource allocation and strategy adjustments.
Industry Resource Integration & Client Development
Cultivate and maintain key marketing industry partnerships (e.g., 4A agencies, digital marketing platforms).
Develop enterprise accounts and channel networks, focusing on high-potential sectors (e.g., SaaS, MarTech).
Implement client retention programs to enhance satisfaction and repeat business.
Team Leadership & Enablement
Build and manage North America sales teams (hiring, training, performance evaluation).
Coordinate cross-functional support (Product, Marketing, Customer Success) for client solutions.
Define team KPIs, monitor sales pipeline health, and provide coaching.
Risk & Compliance Oversight
Ensure compliance with North American regulations (e.g., FDA, FTC) and commercial policies.
Manage contract fulfillment, collections, and credit risk mitigation.
QualificationsMandatory Requirements
Experience:
5+ years in B2B sales on North America;
Proven network in marketing/advertising ecosystems (advertisers, agencies, media partners) with $1M+ deal closure track record.
3+ years managing ≥5 person sales teams (distributed teams experience required).

确保遵守北美地区相关法规(如美国食品药品监督管理局、联邦贸易委员会)及商业政策。
管理合同履行、款项回收及信用风险缓解事宜。
工作经验:
5 年以上北美地区 B2B 销售经验;
在营销 / 广告生态系统(广告主、代理商、媒体合作伙伴)拥有成熟人脉,且有达成 100 万美元及以上交易的记录。
3 年以上管理 5 人及以上销售团队的经验(需具备分布式团队管理经验)。
