岗位职责：

1、根据开发需求，负责相关信息收集和汇总，并进行技术项目可行性分析，风险分析，策划相应方案；

2、根据技术需求，负责项目各类目标制定、输出，并构建团队，合理分工、有效管理；

3、针对技术方案，进行客户端、供应链端与外部的沟通协调，有效解决问题，输出风险对策，并对相关信息进行归纳；

4、负责技术项目详细验证计划的制定与推进，及时解决阻滞点，并输出相关报告；

5、负责技术方案验证工作，针对未达标项进行分析、解决与落实，并输出相关报告；

6、负责技术项目过程资料的分析归纳与提炼，实现共享，以及技术的研究和优化。

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，具备3年以上TPM工作经验者优先；

2.具备较强的需求分析管理能力，项目规划与管理能力；

3.具备较强的组织协调能力，跨团队协作与管理能力；

4.对AR产品非标设备开发导入有相关工作经验者优先；

5.能与海外客户直接进行英文沟通，抗压能力强。

Job Description：

1. To organize the evaluation of technical specifications at the initial stage of the project and communicate with customers;

2. To organize meetings of all departments to evaluate the feasibility of the project and determine the members of the project team;

3. To submit the final product specification to the customer for confirmation, follow up the feedbacks, and adjust the details until the specification confirmation;

4. To organize the project team to procure the materials for research and development and make the trial production plan;

5. In case of any abnormality in the project, convene the project members to hold meetings to implement the solution and ensure the smooth progress of the project.

Qualifications：

1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in science and engineering, or English related;

2. Project management experience in module industry or large enterprise is preferred;

3. Have the ability of project planning, follow-up and management of abnormal and unexpected problems;

4. Quick-minded, strong organization and communication skills, willing and able to work under pressure;

5. PMP certificate is preferred.

6. Relevant working experience with overseas customers and have the ability to communicate with customers in English.
