Resident Engineer
Make the first level analysis support for the client.
Be the technical window between EVTECH/ Client to ensure the communication and coordination for the technical follow-up.
Work with customers to develop validation plan based on their product requirement and specification, coordinate the validation testing for the Design Validation/Process Validation.
Ensure the bench test and system test of our product at client side (Test set-up, log and trace, debug at test bench and vehicle).
Participate in the different technical review to ensure the technical convergence.
Ensure the punctual factory and after-sales support, during the launch phases and 0km or field quality support.
Contribute to research on the competitive landscape, help to assess the EVTECH offerings and assist in generation of collateral to identify differentiation from competition .

Requirements:
BAC + 5 in Electrical Engineering or similar, preference with a focus on Power Electronics, Mechanics or Embedded Electronics.
3+ Years of experience in the EV/xEV field with hands-on experience with HV electrification component (OBC, DCDC, Onduleur etc.).
Good working knowledge in testing and debugging, familiar with CAN and related tool (CANalyzer, CANoe).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to work with multi-domain and multi-cultural teams.
Chinese and English are mandatory, French is a plus .
