任职资格

商业、市场营销或相关领域的学士学位。

8年以上晋升销售领导经验,至少3年以上机器人割草机渠道/经销商管理经验。

在实现和超额完成销售目标方面有可靠的记录。

对渠道销售动态、经销商激励结构和分销模式有较强的理解,

出色的领导能力、谈判能力和沟通能力。

能够经常出差与经销商会面,参加行业活动,并支持区域销售工作。该职位需要国内和国际旅行。

About the Role

Sunseeker North America, Inc., a pioneer in integrating advanced technology with modern landscaping solutions through intelligent robotics and professional-grade equipment, is seeking a highly driven and experienced Director of Sales to lead and expand our Robotics Dealer Channel. This role will focus on building strong dealer relationships, driving channel sales performance, and executing strategic growth initiatives to strengthen our market presence in the robotic mower industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive dealer channel sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share goals.

Recruit, onboard, and manage dealer partners while fostering strong, long-term business relationships.

Drive dealer engagement through effective training, incentive programs, and joint marketing efforts.

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and customer support to ensure alignment and success across the dealer network.

Lead, mentor, and support a sales team dedicated to the dealer channel.

Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to executive leadership.

Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and dealer meetings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

8+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 3 years in channel/dealer management in the robotic mower space.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of channel sales dynamics, dealer incentive structures, and distribution models.

Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to travel frequently to meet with dealers, attend industry events, and support regional sales efforts.  Position requires domestic and international travel.
