Job Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for the development, sales and promotion of the company's enzyme preparation products for feed in the South American market, and achieve the established sales performance targets.

2. Dig deep into the potential of the regional market, establish and maintain long-term and good cooperative relationships with customers such as large-scale feed production enterprises and breeding groups.

3. Assist technical service engineers in providing professional technical support to customers, including product application scheme design, test data interpretation, effect tracking and problem solving, so as to improve customer satisfaction and product value.

4. Collect and analyze market information and competitor dynamics, timely feedback customer needs, and provide decision support for the company's market strategy and product development.

5. Make regular business trips to visit customers, organize and participate in market activities such as technical seminars and product promotion meetings.

Job Requirements

1. Master's degree or above, with professional background in Animal Nutrition, Feed Science, Biotechnology, Fermentation Engineering and other related fields.

2. More than 5 years of sales or technical service experience in feed additives, premixes or animal nutrition products; candidates with enzyme preparation sales experience are preferred.

3. Familiar with the feed industry and market in South America; candidates with a certain customer resource network are preferred.

4. Possess excellent technical explanation ability and customer communication skills, and be able to convert product technical advantages into customer value.

5. Result-oriented, with a strong sense of enterprise and excellent independent work ability.

6. Able to adapt to frequent short-term business trips.
