Sales Manager

What you have to do

·Formulate and implement a comprehensive sales strategy specifically tailored to the Japanese market, including but not limited to identifying target segments, industries, and competitors, regularly evaluate the performance of the sales strategy and make necessary adjustments to maximize results and achieve sales targets

·With a hunter mentality to actively identify new business opportunities to drive growth from both new and existing customers, and to develop long-term relationship with key customers, leveraging industry expertise to provide advice, and more effectively position our products and services

·Work closely with other departments, such as product, and project planning and delivery, to maintain close communication with them and provide valuable insights, to ensure alignment and synergy across the company and successful delivery

·Take charge of the local sales team and conduct regular reviews to monitor their sales performance, provide feedback and guidance, and identify areas for improvement of each team member. Utilize data-driven analysis to make informed business decisions and drive continuous improvement within the team and the overall sales performance

 

What you need to have

·Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or a related field

·Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets in the Japanese market, with proven experience in a sales management role is essential

·In-depth knowledge of the Japanese market, including customer behaviors, competitor activities, cultural nuances, and business practices. Previous experience working in the logistics, warehouse automation, or related field is highly desirable

·Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams. Ability to inspire and motivate team members to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

·Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop comprehensive sales strategies tailored for the Japanese market

·Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Japanese and Mandarin, enabling effective engagement with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders

·Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required to meet customers, attend industry events, participate in company training, etc.

工作职责

制定并执行针对日本市场的全方位销售策略,包括但不限于锁定目标客群、目标行业及竞品分析;定期评估销售策略成效并按需优化,以最大化业绩成果、达成销售目标。

秉持主动开拓的 “猎手思维”,积极挖掘新业务机会,驱动新老客户双向增长;与核心客户建立长期合作关系,凭借行业专业知识提供咨询建议,精准定位公司产品与服务价值。

与产品、项目规划及交付等部门紧密协作,保持高效沟通并输出有价值的市场洞察,确保跨部门工作协同一致,保障项目顺利交付。

负责管理本地销售团队,定期开展业绩复盘,监督团队销售表现;为团队成员提供反馈指导,明确个人能力提升方向;基于数据驱动的分析方法制定科学业务决策,推动团队能力与整体销售业绩持续提升。

任职要求

工商管理、市场营销、物流供应链管理或相关专业本科学历。

具备在日本市场驱动销售增长、达成营收目标的成功实绩,拥有销售管理岗位经验者为必备条件。

深度洞悉日本市场,熟悉当地客户行为、竞品动态、文化差异及商业惯例;拥有物流、仓储自动化或相关行业从业经验者优先。

具备卓越的领导力,拥有搭建并管理高绩效销售团队的实战履历,能够激励团队成员持续达成并超额完成销售目标。

具备战略思维,能够分析市场数据、洞察行业趋势,并制定适配日本市场的全方位销售策略。

日语、普通话口语与书面沟通及谈判能力出众,可高效对接客户、合作伙伴及内部相关部门。

能够根据工作需求,接受国内外出差安排,以完成客户拜访、行业展会出席、公司培训参与等工作。
