工作职责
1、Manage and enhance relationship with end users on assigned territory ;
2、Identify key customers in the Territory;
3、Meet with doctors, decision makers to form demand and pass the projects to distributors;
4、Support key projects / tenders in hand with the Mindray team and distributors;
5、Maintain and enhance the quality and profitability of the sales plan through the development of operationally feasible and cost-effective programs;
6、Collect and analyze information of the market, e.g. competitors' activities and customers’ requirements etc for maximizing business opportunities;
7、Organize and participate in exhibitions, seminars and other promotion activities;
8、Work close with key clients, decision makers and hospitals in the region.
任职资格
1、Bachelor’s degree or above, major in medical related disciplines is preferred;
2、At least 3 years’ experience in sales of PMLS/UIS/IVD products(e.g. monitor, anesthesia machine, ventilator, surgical products, ultrasound, X ray, Laboratory products etc.) or in related sphere of medical device industry
3、Cantonese is a must, English is fluent
4、Experienced in working with end users and key clients
5、Self-motivated and good teamwork spirit
