Business Operations Specialist

Position Responsibilities: The Business Operation specialist will utilize data analysis skills and in-depth operational knowledge to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations. Additionally, this role will participate in platform construction and process optimization efforts to ensure the standardization and automation of business processes. The Business Operation specialist will also provide key business support and collaboration, as well as manage and optimize local operational processes. Main Tasks： 1、Sales Operations Management Responsible for monitoring and analyzing sales data to improve lead quality and provide strategic recommendations to enhance sales efficiency and performance. Assist business leaders in opportunity management and sales review to achieve transparent management of the sales process and ensure the achievement of sales targets. 2、Platform Construction Collaborate with the headquarters data team to refine standardized workflows for the international region, ensuring the timely and quality output of standard actions. Regularly provide training on relevant systems or platforms for the sales team to improve their proficiency and application skills in key sales management tools. 3、Business Support and Collaboration Ensure the accuracy of data reporting to provide data support for business decisions and regularly produce comprehensive regional analysis reports. Plan sales review activities to ensure high execution rates and effectiveness in support of the successful implementation of sales strategies. 4、Operational Work Support Manage and supervise the processing of import and export orders to ensure compliance and efficiency of the process. Coordinate local warehouse operations, including inventory management, stocktaking, and logistics, to enhance overall storage and distribution efficiency. Oversee the Demo management process to ensure efficient use and accurate inventory of Demo. Develop and update operational documents and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency and reduce operational risks. Complete other operational tasks assigned by leadership. Position Specifications -Knowledge and Education Requirements： A bachelor's degree or higher in finance, mathematics, statistics, or related fields. At least two years of work experience in data analysis, with a background in data statistics or market analysis, with priority given to candidates with experience in the medical or electronics industries. -Skills and Competency Requirements: Proficient in data analysis tools such as advanced Excel functions, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc., capable of independently completing complex data analysis and visualization tasks. Data-sensitive, with excellent structured thinking, logical reasoning, and judgment. Ability to quickly learn and apply new knowledge and tools, with a strong sense of self-directed learning and self-management.
