** 岗位职责:

1、 带领项目团队完成陶瓷关节（（ Bioceramics Orthopaedics））从小批量试产到量产的技术攻关和团队管理；2、全面负责公司陶瓷关节植入产品的生产运营管理，完成产品生产及质量管控。3、全面负责按照公司战略计划分解实施。4、全面负责严格执行公司的各项规章制度，确保部门的团队建设和绩效管理符合公司的要求;5、完成领导交办的其他工作任务。岗位要求:1、 本科及以上学历;2、3年以上陶瓷植入体及5年以上三类医疗植入体的生产运营管理工作经验；3、具有较强的组织协调能力、沟通能力、点评能力开拓创新能力计划执行能力;4、具有5年以上本岗位工作经验;5、此岗位可接受顾问性质工作，但需要每月在工厂呆1周以上。
