工作职责:



1. 社交媒体管理与内容策划:



o 统筹品牌在 Instagram、TikTok、YouTube 等平台的社交媒体内容,包括内容创意、内容日历制定、素材制作和发布。



o 协调平面设计师与视频创作者,产出高质量符合品牌调性的图片和视频内容,推动品牌曝光与口碑建设。



2. 品牌营销活动统筹与落地:



o 负责品牌在北美市场的线上线下整合营销活动的策划、资源协调与执行落地,包括快闪活动、展会合作、品牌联名等。



o 制定活动预算与KPI,确保项目按时按质完成,并进行效果复盘与数据分析。



3. 新品发布与整合传播:



o 负责新品上市的整合传播计划,包括品牌故事、卖点包装、传播内容创意与素材落地。



o 制作产品手册、广告物料、独立站内容更新及媒体发布内容等。



4. 品牌视觉与调性的把控:



o 维护品牌视觉一致性与调性,确保所有对外内容符合品牌理念及目标市场审美。



5. 数据分析与市场洞察:



o 持续追踪竞品动态、行业趋势,基于市场反馈优化内容策略。



o 使用社媒分析工具评估内容效果,提供策略性建议。



 



任职要求 / Requirements:



• 本科及以上学历,市场营销、品牌传播、新媒体、艺术设计等相关专业优先。



• 3年以上品牌创意、社交媒体、或整合营销相关经验,有北美市场经验者优先。



• 熟悉主流社媒平台规则及传播逻辑,具备社媒内容策划及增长经验。



• 英文流利,具备本地化内容审美及文化敏感度,有海外生活或工作经验者优先。



• 具备一定平面或视频审美能力,能与创意团队高效协作;熟悉基础设计/视频工具加分(如Canva、CapCut、Figma)。



• 主动性强,具备良好的项目管理能力和跨部门沟通协作能力。

Brand Creative & Marketing Manager (North America)



 



Key Responsibilities:



1. Social Media & Content Strategy



Own the brand’s content and creative calendar across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.



Lead ideation and production of branded assets (photo, video, UGC), ensuring alignment with brand voice and market trends.



Work with designers, creators, and production partners to deliver visually engaging and high-performing content, to amplify brand reach and engagement.



2. Campaign Planning & Activation



Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for product launches, brand moments, and key retail/online events.



Manage cross-functional coordination, timeline, budget, and KPIs for campaigns.



Execute and support both online and offline brand activations — from pop-up events to digital PR to strategic collaborations.



3. New Product Launches & Go-To-Market Execution



Lead 360° launch planning for new products including messaging, creative assets, and platform-specific rollout plans.



Coordinate production of launch toolkits: product pages, social content, email marketing, paid media assets, etc.



Align all internal and external channels for cohesive and impactful launch execution.



4. Brand Creative Oversight



Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs and customer touchpoints.



Review and approve creative assets to ensure they meet brand standards and market relevance.



5. Performance Tracking & Market Insights



Analyze content performance using platform analytics and translate insights into actionable strategies.



Monitor industry trends, competitor moves, and cultural conversations to inform content and campaign planning.



 



Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.



3+ years of experience in brand marketing, social media, or creative campaign management — preferably in beauty, wellness, or DTC brands targeting the North American market.



Strong understanding of major social platforms and what makes content perform organically.



Excellent communication skills in English, with strong cultural sensitivity and aesthetic awareness.



Experience working with creative teams (designers, video editors, photographers) and managing production timelines.



Self-starter with strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.



Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or Figma is a plus.
