Job Title: IT Manager

【岗位定位】:Local IT 负责人，全面负责巴西 IT 工作。

Position Overview: Local IT lead, fully responsible for IT operations in Brazil.

【岗位职责】

【Job Responsibilities】

1. 规划与管理：Planning & Management:

1)根据公司战略，制定并执行工厂信息化规划，确保达成业务目标；

Develop and execute the factory’s IT strategy in line with corporate goals to achieve business objectives;

2)管理 IT 基础设施，确保稳定性和安全性；

Manage IT infrastructure to ensure stability and security;

3)评估现有系统并提出优化方案，推动数字化转型。

Evaluate existing systems and propose optimization solutions to drive digital transformation.

2. 团队管理和协作：Team Management & Collaboration:

1)管理 IT 团队，分配任务并监督绩效；

Manage the IT team, assign tasks, and oversee performance;

2)招聘、培训团队成员，并评估绩效，提升团队技能；

Recruit, train team members, and evaluate performance to enhance team capabilities;

3)协调与其他部门工作，为业务提供 IT 技术支持；

Coordinate with other departments to provide IT technical support for business needs;

4)协调外部软、硬件供应商的合作关系。

Manage relationships with external software and hardware vendors.

3. 项目管理：Project Management:

1)主导 IT 项目，确保项目按时交付和成本控制；

Lead IT projects to ensure on-time delivery and cost control;

2)负责项目供应商管理、评估；

Manage and evaluate project vendors;

3)主导新工厂 IT 建设，确保 IT 各项功能按期运行。

Lead the IT construction of the new factory to ensure that all IT functions are running on schedule.

4. 系统运维与安全合规管理：System Operations & Security Compliance Management:

1)制定信息安全策略，防范网络攻击和数据泄露，防止出现信息安全事故；

Formulate information security policies to prevent cyber attacks and data leaks, and prevent information security incidents；

2)确保工厂 IT 基础设施（服务器、网络、数据库、硬件）的稳定运行；

Ensure stable operation of factory IT infrastructure (servers, networks, databases, hardware);

3)负责 ERP、MES 等核心系统的部署与维护；

Responsible for the deployment and maintenance of core systems such as ERP and MES etc；

4)确保合规性（ISO 9000，GDPR，ISO27001 等），确保 IT 系统符合巴西当地法律法规（如 LGPD 数据保护法）及行业标准；

Ensure compliance (ISO 9000, GDPR, ISO27001, etc.), ensuring that IT systems comply with local Brazilian laws and regulations (such as the LGPD data protection law) and industry standards;

5)确保数据安全、备份及灾难恢复计划的实施，定期进行系统安全检测、备份、恢复演练；

Implement data security, backup, and disaster recovery plans, conducting regular security checks and drills;

6)定期进行员工安全意识培训。

Conduct regular employee security awareness training.

5. 预算与成本控制：Budget & Cost Control:

1)编制和管理 IT 年度预算，控制采购成本；

Prepare and manage annual IT budgets, controlling procurement costs;

2)评估 IT 投资回报率，避免资源浪费。

Evaluate IT ROI to prevent resource waste.

【任职资格】Qualifications

1.大学本科以上学历，计算机科学、信息技术、软件工程、信息管理或相关专业优先；

Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science, information technology, software engineering, information management or related majors is preferred;

2.5 年以上制造业信息化工作经验，至少 2 年以上管理工作经验，熟悉电子产品制造流程，有跨国企业或巴西本地工厂信息化建设经验者优先；

5+ years of IT experience in manufacturing, including 2+ years in management; familiarity with electronics manufacturing processes; experience in multinational or Brazilian factories preferred;

3.熟悉网络架构、数据库管理、信息安全及云计算技术，熟悉 ERP、MES、OA 等系统的实施与运维；

Proficient in network architecture, database management, cybersecurity, and cloud computing; experienced in ERP/MES/OA system implementation and maintenance;

4.熟悉 IT 相关体系及数据合规性要求，如 ISO 27001 国际信息安全标准、通用数据保护条例(GDPR)、巴西数据合规要求（如 LGPD）等;

Knowledge of IT frameworks and data compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, Brazil’s LGPD);

5.具备流利的葡萄牙语和英语沟通能力，能熟练使用中文沟通者优先；

Fluent in Portuguese and English; proficiency in Chinese is preferred;

6.较强沟通能力，能跨部门协作并向非技术人员解释技术问题。

Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration and explaining technical issues to non-technical staff.
