【岗位职责】

【Job Responsibilities】

2.1 体系管理 System Management

1) 体系搭建与维护：根据公司运营要求，逐步建立并维护 ISO 9001，ISO14001，ISO45001，ISO/IEC 27001 等管

理体系，主导团队进行管理评审、内审及外审，并针对改善。

System Development and Maintenance: Based on the company's operational requirements, lead the team to gradually

establish and maintain management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO/IEC 27001. Lead the

team in conducting management reviews, internal audits, and external audits, and implement targeted improvements.

2) 负责新体系的调查、导入、培训、建立、运行及推行通过认证及体系维护；

Responsible for the investigation, introduction, training, establishment, operation and promotion of new systems

through certification and system maintenance;

3) 负责客户审核或产品审核中关于体系审核的资料准备及应审。

Responsible for the preparation and review of system audit materials during customer audits or product audits.

2.2 文件管理 Document Control

1) 主导各工作系统流程梳理，保证工作系统的适用性及可操作性。Responsible for sorting of each work system to

ensure the applicability and operability of the work system.

2) 负责管理标准及技术文件的发放、回收、变更及作废。Responsible for the issuance, collection, modification and

cancellation of standards and technical documents.

3) 负责外来文件的登记、发放及管理。Responsible for the registration, issuance and management of external

documents

2.3 持续改进

1) 通过各种方法推进子公司的质量文化建设，推进公司 KCA 活动、精益生产（Lean）、六西格玛（Six Sigma）

项目等，持续改善公司质量文化和表现。

Continuous Improvement: Promote the development of a quality culture within subsidiaries through various methods,

including KCA activities, Lean, and Six Sigma projects, to continuously improve the company's quality culture and

performance.

【任职资格】

【Qualifications】

1.学历：大学本科或以上学历 ，工程类、管理等相关专业；

Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering, management or other related fields;

2.行业经验：Experience:

1) 具有 3 年及以上体系管理经验；

3 years or more of system management experience;

2) 具有 ISO 9001，ISO14001，ISO45001，ISO/IEC 27001 相关体系建立和维护经验及文件管理经验；

Experience in establishing and maintaining ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO/IEC 27001 related systems and

document management;

3.语言能力：流利英文、葡语，中文偏好

Language skills: fluent in English, Portuguese, Chinese preferred

4.专业技能：Professional skills

1) 具备 ISO9001/ISO14001 等体系内审员资格，熟悉巴西的 INMETRO/ANTATEL 等认证法规

Qualification as an internal auditor for ISO9001/ISO14001 and other systems, and familiarity with Brazilian

INMETRO/ANTATEL and other certification regulations.

2) 熟悉巴西及地方州关于环境、职健安等相关法规的要求及执行标准。

Be familiar with the requirements and implementation standards of Brazilian and local state laws and regulations on

environment, occupational health and safety, etc.
