岗位职责​



全面负责美国市场氧化铁产品的销售统筹,聚焦终端大客户开发,重点突破同行优质客户资源,减少对经销商依赖,直连终端客户并建立长期合作关系;​



结合美国市场需求特性,制定针对性销售策略与目标,梳理市场拓展优先级清单,推动产品在当地核心行业及区域的渗透率提升;​



搭建并管理美国本地销售团队,明确团队成员职责与考核标准,组织销售培训与业务复盘,提升团队终端客户开发与维护能力;​



深度洞察美国市场竞争格局(如竞品价格、渠道策略、客户反馈等),及时向总部反馈市场动态,为公司调整产品策略与海外布局提供数据支持;​



协同总部技术、供应链团队,解决终端客户在产品使用、交付流程中的问题,保障客户满意度,推动复购与合作规模扩大。​



任职要求​



拥有化工行业(尤其氧化铁相关领域)5 年以上美国本地销售经验,具备丰富的终端大客户(如工业制造、建材等领域)开发实战案例;​



熟悉美国市场商业规则、法律法规及行业趋势,能独立制定符合当地市场的销售方案;​



接受签约顾问协议或第三方雇佣模式,具体合作细节可协商,有朗盛、国泰等企业相关工作背景者优先。



Job Responsibilities​



Take full charge of the overall sales of iron oxide products (with leading quality in China, benchmarking against high-quality industry standards) in the US market. Focus on the development of end-user key accounts, prioritize breaking through high-quality customer resources of competitors, reduce reliance on distributors, establish direct connections with end customers, and build long-term cooperative relationships.​



Formulate targeted sales strategies and objectives based on the demand characteristics of the US market, sort out the priority list for market expansion, and promote the increase of product penetration in core local industries and regions.​



Build and manage the local US sales team, clarify the responsibilities and assessment criteria of team members, organize sales training and business review, and improve the team's ability in developing and maintaining end-user key accounts.​



Conduct in-depth insights into the competitive landscape of the US market (such as competitor prices, channel strategies, customer feedback, etc.), timely feed back market dynamics to the headquarters, and provide data support for the company to adjust product strategies and overseas layout.​



Collaborate with the headquarters' technology and supply chain teams to solve problems encountered by end customers in product use and delivery processes, ensure customer satisfaction, and promote the expansion of repurchase volume and cooperation scale.​



Job Requirements​



Possess more than 5 years of local sales experience in the US chemical industry (especially in the iron oxide-related field), and have rich practical cases in developing end-user key accounts (such as in the fields of industrial manufacturing, building materials, etc.).​



Be familiar with the business rules, laws and regulations, and industry trends of the US market, and be able to independently formulate sales plans that conform to the local market.​



Accept the cooperation models of signing a consultant agreement or third-party employment; specific cooperation details can be negotiated. Candidates with relevant work experience in enterprises such as LANXESS and Guotai are preferred.
