岗位职责：

1、 根据产品趋势或客户需求组织设计团队，从成本、品质、可制造性、可靠性等维度进行全面评估，输出最优方案；

2、 独立和组织团队与客户进行直接交流，面对客户提出的技术问题进行有效解答，满足客户需求；

3、 根据产品特点领导团队制定最优的工艺路线，并根据工艺需求开发相关工艺及设备；

4、 领导团队拉通内外部资源，攻坚技术问题，保证有品质交付，并做好项目沉淀复盘。

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历；具备英语或韩语听说读写能力；

2、5年及以上产品设计或工艺技术相关工作经验，了解产品设计相关知识；

3、具备一定的项目技术统筹能力和创新能力；较强的应变能力、抗压能力。

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above. Fluently in English or Korean;

2. 5 years or above work experience in product design or process technology, understand product design knowledge；

3. Have certain project technical coordination ability and innovation ability; Strong strain capacity and pressure resistance.
