1.制定北美区域(美加墨)3-5年加盟发展战略,设计多国差异化市场进入策略及区域招商目标体系
2.搭建跨国招商网络(跨境行业协会/多国代理机构),统筹多国加盟商开发、资质审核及签约落地
3.制定区域标准化加盟政策(跨国投资模型/动态分成机制),提升多国品牌竞争力与加盟商留存率
4.建立多国门店开发标准,统筹选址评估、营建成本控制及开业验收(覆盖美加墨市场)
5.构建区域SOP执行监控体系,通过数字化平台实现多国门店运营效率管理
6.建立跨国加盟商分级管理体系,主导区域峰会解决多国共性经营问题
7.推动区域本土化运营(多国宗教/文化/口味数据库建设),统筹菜单研发协同机制
8.制定跨国营销资源整合策略,管理区域社交媒体矩阵及多国KOL合作网络
9.建立区域危机联防机制,处理跨境重大客诉及连锁舆情事件
10.组建并管理跨国职能团队(招商/营建/法务),制定区域绩效考核标准;确保多国合规经营(FDA/劳工法/税务)
**任职资格
1.本科以上学历,MBA或国际商务相关硕士优先
2.10年以上跨国连锁行业经验,5年以上跨国多区域(3国+)加盟体系管理经验
3.精通跨国加盟全链条管理,包括多国政策适配、跨文化谈判等
4.深度熟悉北美商业生态,越的跨文化领导力,能平衡总部战略与多国本土化需求
Job Responsibilities
Develop 3-5 year franchise development strategy for North America (US/Canada/Mexico), design differentiated market entry approaches and regional investment target systems
Establish cross-border recruitment networks (international associations/multi-country agencies), oversee franchisee development, qualification review and contract execution
Formulate standardized regional franchise policies (transnational investment models/dynamic profit-sharing mechanisms) to enhance brand competitiveness and franchisee retention
Create multinational store development standards, coordinate site evaluation, construction cost control and opening approval (covering all NA markets)
Build regional SOP monitoring system, implement multi-country operational efficiency management via digital platforms
Establish tiered franchisee management framework, lead regional summits to address common operational challenges
Drive localized operations (developing religion/culture/taste databases), coordinate menu R&D synergy mechanisms
Develop transnational marketing integration strategies, manage regional social media matrix and KOL collaboration networks
Create regional crisis response protocols, handle cross-border major complaints and PR incidents
Build and manage multinational teams (recruitment/construction/legal), set regional KPIs; ensure multi-country compliance (FDA/labor laws/taxation)
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, MBA or International Business master's preferred
10+ years transnational chain industry experience, including 5+ years managing franchises across ≥3 countries
Expertise in full-cycle multinational franchise management, including policy adaptation and cross-cultural negotiation
Deep familiarity with NA business ecosystem, exceptional cross-cultural leadership balancing HQ strategy with localization needs
